1. About this policy
This policy explains how Fire Faucet (“we”, “us” and “our”) handles personal information when you use firefaucet.win, its earning and advertising features, support and connected services. For the processing we determine, Fire Faucet is responsible for deciding why and how your information is used. Contact us at [email protected] about privacy matters.
The Terms of Service explain account, reward and withdrawal rules. This policy is a privacy notice, not a request for blanket consent. Agreeing to the Terms or continuing to browse does not replace separate consent where it is required.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your username, email address, country, authentication information, registration date, preferences and account changes. If you use community features, this may also include a display name, avatar or profile link you supply.
- Activity and rewards: tasks opened or completed, provider and transaction identifiers, completion and reversal reports, ACP, Activity Points, Fuel, balances, levels, streaks, referrals, promotional participation and related timestamps.
- Payments and advertising: wallet addresses, chosen currencies and networks, deposit and withdrawal amounts, transaction references and status, advertising purchases and campaign settings. Gift-card or payment delivery may require an email address, phone number or payment-account identifier.
- Support information: your messages, task screenshots, transaction evidence and other details you provide to resolve a problem. Fire Faucet support does not request government identity documents, proof-of-address documents or selfies as part of its current account-verification process. Do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys.
- Connection and device information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and operating-system information, device characteristics, language, referral source, pages and features used, and request timestamps. Cookies and similar technologies can associate visits with a browser or account.
- Security information: device identifiers and fingerprints, CAPTCHA results, network classifications, account connections, and reports or scores indicating possible bots, proxies, duplicate accounts or other abuse. These can come from our own checks and security providers.
- Optional connected services: if you link Telegram, we receive your Telegram account identifier, username and names made available by Telegram, your account-linking history, bot interactions and notification preferences.
We receive information directly from you, automatically when the Service is used, and from task, security, payment and connected-service providers. Survey providers generally collect questionnaire answers through their own services; Fire Faucet receives information needed for matching, completion tracking, validation and crediting. A provider may ask you for additional information under its own privacy notice.
Information needed to create an account, validate activity or deliver a payment is necessary for those features. If it is not provided, the relevant feature or payment may not be available. Optional profile details and connected services are your choice.
3. How and why we use it
- Provide the Service: create and authenticate accounts, display suitable tasks, calculate and credit rewards, operate referrals and promotions, deliver advertising, process payments and provide support.
- Protect users and the Service: detect account compromise, automated activity, duplicate accounts, location misrepresentation, invalid completions and payment abuse; investigate disputes and enforce our Terms.
- Understand and improve the Service: measure traffic, feature use and task performance, diagnose problems and compare versions of pages or features through experiments.
- Communicate: send account, security, support and transaction messages, optional connected-service notifications, and promotional emails as described in Section 10.
- Meet legal responsibilities: maintain necessary financial records, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, account administration, requested services and payments rely on performance of our agreement with you to the extent necessary. Fraud prevention, service security, support and proportionate service measurement may rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable service and protecting users and the business, balanced against your rights. Required recordkeeping and disclosures rely on legal obligations. Processing that requires consent, including applicable tracking or marketing, must have that consent; a legitimate-interest basis does not replace a separate consent requirement.
Automated checks and account decisions
We use automated checks to identify unusual activity and assess eligibility. For example, network and device signals can indicate a hidden location or connections between accounts, and provider reports can indicate invalid completions. These checks can trigger extra verification, block particular features or affect rewards and withdrawals. You may contact support to ask for a human review of an account restriction and provide an explanation or supporting evidence. We may protect technical details that would enable evasion while explaining the decision where reasonably possible and as required by law.
4. Providers and sharing
Information is shared according to the feature and purpose involved:
- Offerwalls, survey and task providers: identifiers such as your user ID, username, email address or a hashed email identifier, together with IP address, location and browser/device information where an integration uses them. This supports matching, duplicate detection, attribution and reward validation. Survey matching can send information when the dashboard loads available surveys, before you open a particular survey. A hashed identifier can still identify or link a person; it is not necessarily anonymous.
- Payment and gift-card providers: the amount, destination, recipient contact details and transaction information needed to process, deliver or investigate your requested payment or purchase.
- Security and CAPTCHA providers: connection and device information, challenge results and identifiers used to identify abuse. Email checks may send an email address to a provider to assess whether it is disposable. Device-fingerprinting services collect browser/device signals and return identifiers and risk information to us.
- Analytics and advertising providers: page, browser, device, interaction and tracking information. Google Analytics is used for service measurement, and signed-in activity may be associated with an internal account identifier. Embedded advertising providers may collect information directly through their scripts, cookies or similar technologies.
- Chat and connected-service providers: embedded chat may receive your account identifier, display name, avatar and profile link when it loads, and messages when you participate. Telegram receives the interactions and notifications involved when you use the bot or link your account.
- Operational providers: hosting, backup, email delivery and technical service providers process information needed to operate and support the Service. Authorized staff and moderators access information needed for their responsibilities, including support and fraud review.
We do not sell personal information. Advertising and task partners may collect information through their own technologies as described above.
We may disclose information where necessary and permitted by law to respond to legal process, protect against fraud or security threats, or establish or defend legal claims. If the Service is transferred to a successor operator, relevant information may transfer with it, subject to applicable privacy requirements and notice of material changes.
Providers may act on our instructions for some processing and make their own decisions for other processing. Their own privacy notices apply to their independent services, including surveys, purchases or identity checks they conduct directly. This does not remove Fire Faucet's responsibility for its own processing or disclosures. Review a provider's notice before submitting information to it. For Google services, see Google's Privacy Policy.
5. Public activity and blockchains
Community messages, display names, avatars and profile links you choose to use can be visible to other participants. Leaderboards can display usernames, rankings and activity or reward totals. Referral features can show your referrer your username, registration and activity information needed to track referrals and earnings. Avoid putting private information into public messages or profile details; other people may copy or retain what they can see.
Cryptocurrency networks maintain transaction records that can be public and persistent, including wallet addresses, amounts and transaction identifiers. These records may be linked to a person using other information. Removing an account from Fire Faucet does not remove a transaction from a blockchain, and we cannot edit or erase the network's transaction history.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies, browser storage, scripts and device identifiers help maintain sessions, remember preferences, attribute referrals, run experiments, measure use, deliver advertising and detect abuse. Some support requested features or security; others serve analytics or advertising purposes. Device fingerprinting can recognize a browser or device through its characteristics without relying solely on a cookie.
Third-party content, including analytics, advertising, chat and security integrations, can contact providers when a page or feature loads. Opening this privacy notice does not itself turn those integrations off.
You can manage cookies and other browser permissions through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect login, preferences, task tracking or other features, and clearing cookies does not erase account records or necessarily prevent device recognition. A provider's own controls apply to its services. Browser settings and accepting our Terms are not substitutes for consent where consent is required.
We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
7. International processing
Fire Faucet and its service providers may process or store your information in countries other than where you live. Privacy laws in those countries may differ. Contact [email protected] if you have questions about how your information is processed.
8. Retention and account deletion
Account information is used while your account operates. Some records are retained after account closure for financial recordkeeping, fraud investigation and prevention, disputes, legal claims and recovery from service failures.
Closing your account does not erase all personal information. You have seven days to cancel a closure request. After closure, account access ends. We keep an archived copy of your account record for two years from the closure request and then delete it automatically. Certain transaction, reward and security records are kept for the purposes above. Information may also remain in backups until those backups expire.
When considering a request to remove retained information, we assess the category of information, why it remains needed, outstanding payments or disputes, identifiable fraud risks, and applicable recordkeeping or legal-claim requirements. Retention is subject to applicable law; an archive does not override your right to request erasure or a review of continued retention. We will explain relevant reasons if we cannot fulfill a request in full.
Contact support to request account closure or to make a separate personal-data request. You do not need to describe an erasure request as voluntary account deletion. The Terms explain the consequences of voluntary deletion for remaining balances; making a privacy request does not itself mean you agree to forfeit a balance. Provider-held information and public blockchain records are separate from records we control.
9. Your choices and rights
You can update available account settings and contact support about corrections, privacy requests or connected services. Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may have rights to:
- Know how your information is used and obtain access or a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information and request erasure or restriction of processing.
- Receive certain information in a portable form.
- Withdraw consent for processing that relies on it, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
- Request review of qualifying automated decisions, explain your circumstances and challenge the outcome.
- Opt out of covered sale, sharing or targeted advertising, where applicable, and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.
Objections: where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your circumstances. You may also object to use of your information for direct marketing. Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or contact us to stop those messages.
Send requests to [email protected], preferably from your registered email address, with your username and a description of the request. We may need proportionate information to verify account ownership and protect against unauthorized disclosure or deletion. Where permitted, an authorized representative may contact us, subject to verification of their authority.
We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law, including any permitted extension, and explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in full. Rights can have exceptions, such as necessary legal records, other people's privacy or the establishment or defense of legal claims. We will not treat a request as invalid merely because the account is restricted or closed.
You may complain to the privacy regulator with authority over your situation. If relevant, see the UK Information Commissioner's Office, your local European data-protection authority, or the California privacy-rights information. References to these rights do not mean every law applies to every user or every Fire Faucet activity.
10. Emails and notifications
We send messages needed for account verification, password recovery, security, support, deletion requests and transactions. Optional Telegram notifications depend on your linked account and available notification settings.
We may send promotional emails about Fire Faucet features, events or offers where permitted by law and with consent where required. Each promotional email will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also contact support to opt out. Unsubscribing from promotions does not stop necessary account, security, support or transaction messages. We may retain the information needed to honor your opt-out.
Agreeing to the Terms or acknowledging this policy does not itself subscribe you to marketing or provide consent where separate marketing consent is required.
11. Adults only
Fire Faucet is intended for users aged 18 and over, as explained in the Terms. We do not knowingly invite children to register or provide information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support so we can investigate and take appropriate action under applicable law.
12. Security
We use measures such as encrypted connections, account authentication, access restrictions and abuse-detection checks to protect information. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep account credentials and payment details safe, and report suspected compromise promptly.
If a personal-data breach requires notification, we will notify affected people and relevant authorities as required by applicable law. This may require direct communication even if you have opted out of promotional emails.
13. Policy changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service, providers, data practices or legal requirements. We will publish the revised policy and update the date above. Material changes will be brought to your attention through prominent website or account notices, with advance notice where required.
We do not routinely email every privacy-policy update, but will use direct notice or obtain consent where required. Publishing a new version or your continued use does not by itself authorize materially different uses of previously collected information or replace a required choice or consent.
14. Contact us
For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or use a support ticket. You can email us if you cannot access your account. Include your username and enough detail to identify the issue, but avoid sending unrelated sensitive information. Further support options are on our contact page.
