The short version: one account per person, no VPNs or automation, and rewards only for valid activity. The sections on accounts and fair use, reward reversals, withdrawals and fraud reviews explain how these rules are applied.
What changed on September 12, 2026
We rewrote the Terms so they explain how Fire Faucet actually works: points, balances, withdrawals, events, what counts as fair use, and how reviews and reversals are handled. Most rules are the ones we have always applied, and several now protect you more clearly, such as earned rewards being honored and a review process for any restriction. Our liability for any claim is limited to your account balance (Section 12). Disputes about a credit or withdrawal should be raised within 90 days (Section 4). Accounts that nobody logs into for two full years may be closed, after we email you first; any login or activity resets the clock (Section 14).
1. Using Fire Faucet
These Terms govern your use of firefaucet.win and its earning, redemption and advertising features (the “Service”). “Fire Faucet”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. By confirming your acceptance when you create an account, or by expressly accepting a later version, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the earning, redemption or advertising features. Existing users should also read Section 13 about changes.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. Use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You must not use it in breach of applicable sanctions or other legal restrictions. We may restrict availability, including new registrations, in some countries where necessary to comply with law, manage fraud, security or provider requirements, or where earning opportunities are not available.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Agreement to these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for particular data uses.
2. Accounts and fair use
You may maintain only one personal account. Provide accurate account, location and payment information, keep your login details secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, transfer or operate accounts for others. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, stop using it and contact support; do not use it to earn or claim benefits.
The following are prohibited:
- Bots, automated task completion, CAPTCHA bypasses, fabricated visits or clicks, and scripts or tools that simulate human participation or claim rewards without genuine eligible activity.
- Multiple accounts, self-referrals, coordinated account farming, impersonation, or creating another account to evade a restriction or ban.
- VPNs, proxies or other tools used to hide your real connection or misrepresent your location when accessing the Service or completing tasks.
- False survey answers, forged completion evidence, manipulated referrals, payment abuse, or deliberately obtaining rewards more than once for the same activity.
- Exploiting bugs, altering requests or reported balances, bypassing limits, or interfering with security checks, advertising delivery or reward verification. Ad blockers must be disabled when participating in features that require ads or tracking to function.
- Unauthorized access, malware, phishing, attacks on the Service or its providers, and unlawful, deceptive or infringing content.
- Abusive, threatening or deceptive conduct toward other users or our team, including in chat, support tickets or community channels.
Ordinary accessibility tools and browser customization are permitted if they do not automate rewarded activity or bypass these rules. Fire Faucet's own background auto-faucet is an authorized feature. Report suspected vulnerabilities through our contact page; discovering a flaw does not authorize exploiting it, accessing other users' data or keeping invalid rewards.
3. Points, Fuel and balances
- Auto Claim Points (ACP) are internal reward points that can be used through the Service's supported features, including conversion into wallet balance. Conversion depends on the applicable rate, your level bonus and the chosen feature. Instant Conversion carries the fee shown before you confirm; the auto-faucet converts without a fee.
- Activity Points (AP) measure progression and determine features such as levels and rankings. They are not a withdrawable balance.
- Fuel powers the background auto-faucet. Base and bonus Fuel have their own regeneration, earning and capacity rules. Fuel is consumed during operation and cannot itself be withdrawn.
- Wallet balances are recorded internally in US dollar value, even when displayed under a cryptocurrency name. A displayed crypto equivalent can change with prices; it does not mean that the same quantity of that cryptocurrency is being held for you.
The auto-faucet converts ACP into wallet balance using available Fuel; it does not mine cryptocurrency or pay interest. Earnings must be collected through the feature. Displayed running totals are estimates until collection, and available resources and applicable limits affect the result. ACP, AP and Fuel are internal features, not blockchain tokens, and may only be used through supported functions.
We do not guarantee a particular income, task supply, reward rate for future activity or increase in cryptocurrency value. Check the relevant feature's displayed cost, reward, limits and conditions before participating. Changes affecting existing rights are subject to Sections 8 and 13.
Fire Faucet is a rewards platform where users earn through eligible tasks, referrals and platform bonuses. We do not offer betting, wagering or paid-entry games of chance, and users cannot wager their earned balances. Gambling advertising is prohibited.
Fire Faucet is not a cryptocurrency exchange, broker, wallet, custodian or investment service. Reward balances cannot be funded by depositing cryptocurrency, and we do not buy or sell cryptocurrency on your behalf. Redemption options, including whether cryptocurrency payouts are offered, vary by country and may be unavailable where local rules or provider requirements restrict them.
4. Tasks and reward reversals
Offerwalls, surveys, shortlinks and paid-to-click tasks have eligibility and completion requirements. Starting a task, spending time on it or submitting answers does not by itself establish entitlement to a reward. Providers may disqualify participants or reject activity that does not meet their stated requirements. Tracking failures and validation reviews can delay credit.
We may withhold pending rewards or reverse credits where activity is invalid, duplicated, credited in error, fraudulently obtained, or reversed by the provider following its validation or chargeback process. A credited reward can still be subject to a later valid reversal. Related referral or promotional rewards may also be adjusted where the qualifying activity is reversed.
ChargeSafe protection, where offered, absorbs a provider reversal only when your account meets the conditions shown for that feature when the reversal is processed, including any trust-score requirement and maximum amount. Otherwise the reversal applies in full. We may adjust ChargeSafe eligibility, limits or availability to address misuse, changes in provider arrangements or reversal rates, or material changes in the cost of providing protection; changes are announced through the Service and apply to reversals processed after the change. Once protection has been granted, we will reclaim the protected reward only if reasonable evidence later indicates fraud affecting that reward or an actual crediting error. Subsequent policy changes do not undo protection already granted.
Reversed amounts may be deducted from the relevant account balance, which can become negative and affect further redemption. Conversion or spending of an invalid reward does not make it valid. We will not recover the same reversal twice. A provider reversal alone does not necessarily mean you committed fraud.
For missing or disputed rewards, keep the task name, provider, date and completion evidence, and use the provider's support process where available. Follow any claim deadlines disclosed with the task. You may also contact Fire Faucet support about our handling of a credit or reversal. We cannot guarantee that a provider will accept a claim, but this does not exclude responsibility for our own errors. Disputes about a credit, reversal, withdrawal or balance must be raised with support within 90 days of the event. Later claims may be declined, particularly where records or provider data are no longer available.
5. Withdrawals and gift cards
Withdrawals are subject to sufficient valid balance, the displayed minimum and maximum amounts, daily limits, account verification and any applicable review. Available currencies, networks and gift cards can vary. A balance below the displayed minimum cannot be withdrawn until it reaches the minimum. Minimums, maximums and limits for any currency or network can change at any time, including without advance notice, to reflect network fees, market conditions and operating requirements; the values displayed when you submit a request apply to it. Review the amount and any applicable charges before submitting; any fee we charge must be disclosed before you confirm.
If a currency is retired, valid balances recorded under it retain their internal US dollar value. We will provide a process to transfer or redeem that value through a supported option, subject to verification and applicable withdrawal requirements. The balance can no longer be withdrawn in the retired currency.
For cryptocurrency withdrawals, the conversion rate used when your request is accepted determines the requested crypto amount, subject to the supported precision and rounding. A rate change before submission may require you to review the amount again. Network congestion, maintenance, currency availability, security checks and payment-provider reviews can delay processing. Processing times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
You are responsible for choosing a compatible wallet and network and providing the correct address, account details and any required destination tag or memo. Once sent, blockchain transfers generally cannot be cancelled or reversed. We cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent using incorrect details you supplied. Report a failed or missing withdrawal to support; if a request is cancelled without payment being sent, the deducted valid balance will be restored, subject to any separate lawful hold or reward reversal.
Gift cards are subject to the issuer's disclosed country, currency, expiry and redemption restrictions. Check these before requesting a card and keep delivered codes secure. Successfully delivered cards generally cannot be exchanged or refunded for a change of mind, subject to applicable law. Contact support about missing, invalid or incorrectly supplied cards.
You are responsible for your own applicable tax declarations and payments on rewards.
6. Fraud reviews and restrictions
We may immediately restrict earning, hold withdrawals, suspend access or secure an account without advance warning when we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account compromise, a serious rule violation or a legal or security risk. A temporary restriction is a protective measure while the facts are reviewed, not necessarily a final finding of wrongdoing.
Reviews may take account of activity patterns, account connections, technical signals, provider reports and information you supply. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify account ownership, eligibility, location or the validity of activity. Failure to cooperate with a reasonable verification request can prevent validation of rewards and lead to continued restrictions or account closure. We will handle verification information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may permanently ban accounts for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms. Rewards obtained directly or indirectly through fraud, automation, fabricated activity, account farming or other prohibited earning activity are not payable and may be cancelled or reversed, including after conversion into wallet balance.
Where reasonable evidence, including activity patterns, device or network links to other accounts, or completion behavior consistent with automation, indicates that an account's earning activity as a whole was fraudulent or ineligible, we may reject the entire earned balance attributable to that activity. We may assess related transactions and patterns together; a separate provider reversal for each affected reward is not required. Recovery of rewards already protected by ChargeSafe remains subject to Section 4. Decisions remain subject to the review process below and applicable law.
Where a ban is imposed for a breach unrelated to how rewards were earned, any remaining valid balance is handled through the review process below. After verification it may be paid out through support, subject to withdrawal requirements and applicable law, or held where it cannot be validated. A ban does not by itself convert valid earnings into forfeited ones.
Temporary restrictions will be reviewed and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the risk or comply with law. Where activity remains unverified, we may hold the affected amount pending reasonably necessary checks, including provider responses. Where reasonably possible and permitted, we will explain the general reason for the hold and any action needed from you. A temporary restriction does not by itself erase valid earnings; their treatment remains subject to withdrawal requirements, supported reversals and applicable legal restrictions. Deletion at your request is covered separately in Section 14.
You may request a review through support, or email [email protected] if you cannot access your account. Include your username and relevant evidence. We will consider relevant explanations and correct restrictions or deductions found to be mistaken. After reviewing a decision and communicating the outcome, we may close repeated requests about the same matter that provide no material new information. This does not limit any statutory complaint or appeal rights. We may limit disclosure of detection methods, third-party confidential information or details that would enable evasion, compromise security or breach law, while providing an explanation where reasonably possible.
7. Advertising credits and Prime
PTC advertising credits, whether purchased or obtained through a supported exchange, can only be used for advertising on Fire Faucet. They are separate from withdrawable reward balances. Review the price, deposit instructions and campaign settings before confirming. Payments sent on an unsupported network or to an incorrect address may not be recoverable.
Advertising-credit purchases and exchanges are generally final and non-refundable for a change of mind, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Returning unused campaign credits to your advertising balance is not a cash or cryptocurrency refund. Contact support about an incorrect charge, failed credit purchase or service we cannot supply; this provision does not remove any applicable refund or cancellation rights.
Advertisers must have the right to use submitted content and destinations. Campaigns must not promote gambling, betting or casino services, adult content, cloud mining or other investment schemes, shortlink or redirect pages, scams, malware, phishing, unlawful services or misleading claims. We may reject or stop campaigns that breach these requirements or create a security risk. We may also decline a campaign before acceptance where its content or destination is unsuitable for our audience, incompatible with provider requirements, promotes a service that competes directly with Fire Faucet, or presents a legal, security or material reputational risk. If we stop an accepted campaign for a reason other than a breach, unused credits are returned to your advertising balance. Campaign delivery purchases the stated advertising service, not guaranteed sales, conversions, signups or ongoing customer engagement. Advertisers must not disguise or change a destination to bypass review.
Prime membership is an optional upgrade paid for with your account balance for a fixed number of days. Its benefits and price are those shown when you purchase, and we may change them for future purchases. Prime purchases are generally final: unused days are not normally refunded or converted back to balance, including where the account is later restricted or banned for an established breach of these Terms. Prime does not exempt an account from verification, limits that apply to invalid activity, or any other rule.
If an account restriction is later found to have been mistaken, support may review the circumstances and offer a Prime extension or refund on a case-by-case basis. This does not limit any remedy required by applicable law.
8. Promotions and service changes
Events, referral bonuses, streaks, rankings and other promotions are subject to the eligibility, timing, limits and reward conditions disclosed for them. Referrals must be recruited without spam, misleading claims or purchased signups, and referral rewards may be adjusted or removed where the referred activity is invalid. Rewards obtained through manipulated participation or invalid qualifying activity may be reversed.
We may change or discontinue features and future promotions for operational, commercial, legal or security reasons. We may pause, correct, extend, shorten, reschedule or end an active event early where reasonably necessary to address serious fraud, an exploit, a material error, an outage or a legal requirement. We will limit such changes to what is reasonably necessary, comply with applicable law and preserve legitimate participants' rights. For ongoing features and promotions without a promised duration or guaranteed reward allocation, such as standard bonus rates, we may change future rates or availability for operational or commercial reasons, with advance website notice where reasonably practicable. Rewards already validly earned are honored. Events with a published closing date run to that date and are judged on the rules published when they began, unless a change is necessary under this paragraph.
We will announce material changes through the website, in advance where reasonably practicable. Urgent action to address fraud, security incidents or legal requirements may take effect immediately, with an explanation provided as soon as reasonably practicable.
Advertised prize pools will be allocated according to the published event rules, subject to eligibility and fraud checks. Leaderboard positions remain provisional until those checks are complete. We may disqualify participants who breach the rules and withhold or reverse rewards attributable to fraud, an exploit or a crediting error under these Terms. Changing or ending an event does not authorize arbitrary removal of accrued rights or cancellation of advertised prizes.
9. Third-party services
Offer providers, advertisers, wallet services and gift-card issuers operate their own services under their own terms. A link or listing is not a guarantee of their reliability or an endorsement of every claim they make. Review their terms, charges and privacy information before providing information, subscribing or making a purchase. Any purchase or subscription you choose to enter into with a provider is your separate arrangement with that provider.
We do not control third-party sites or guarantee their availability, tracking or decisions. These limits do not exclude obligations or responsibility that the law places on Fire Faucet for its own conduct.
10. Content and errors
Fire Faucet and its licensors retain rights in the Service's software, branding and content. You may use the Service for its intended purposes and save copies of these Terms and your own records. You may not copy, resell, mirror or exploit protected content without permission, except as allowed by law. Advertisers retain their content rights and permit us to display their submissions to deliver the requested advertising.
We may correct calculation, display, pricing or crediting errors. Obvious errors do not entitle you to exploit or retain unintended credits. Corrections must reflect the applicable transaction or feature rules, not retrospectively substitute less favorable terms for valid activity. Contact support if a correction appears wrong.
11. Service availability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without additional implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation. Maintenance, outages and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability and reward opportunities.
Nothing here overrides an express commitment we make or a guarantee or standard of service that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Responsibility and legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost business profits or speculative earnings arising from use of the Service. This does not treat an otherwise payable reward balance as speculative earnings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the valid balance in your account at the time the claim arose. We are not responsible for losses caused by compromise of your own email, device, credentials or wallet, or by a withdrawal sent to details you supplied.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a rule on one occasion does not waive it on future occasions. These Terms do not require you to waive access to a competent court or regulator.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor operator of the Service, provided your accrued rights are preserved. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms to anyone else.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, security needs or abuse-prevention measures. We will publish the revised text and update the date above. Editorial corrections that do not materially change rights or obligations may take effect on publication.
For material changes, we will provide prominent notice through the website or your account, with a link to the updated Terms and the date they take effect, with reasonable advance notice where appropriate. Urgent changes required by law or to address an active security threat may take effect sooner, with notice as soon as reasonably practicable.
We do not routinely send email notices of Terms updates. We may use email or another method where legally required or necessary to provide effective notice. We will obtain express agreement where required; merely posting an update or your absence from the Service does not establish that agreement. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights or resolve an existing dispute in our favor.
If you do not agree to a material change, stop using the affected features and contact support to arrange closure or resolve outstanding balances under the applicable terms. Declining a change does not by itself forfeit valid existing earnings.
14. Closure, support and disputes
Logging in at least once every 24 months keeps your account active. An account with no login for 24 months, counted from the later of your last login and 12 September 2026 when this rule was introduced, may be closed as inactive. We will email the registered address at least 30 days beforehand so you can log in and keep it. If the account is closed, any remaining ACP, Fuel and balance is removed.
We may also close an account on at least 30 days' notice where we stop offering the Service in your country or can no longer support it, unless legal or security reasons require earlier action. Any valid balance is handled through the review process in Section 6.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through support. Account deletion is carried out at your request, including when support or a moderator processes the request for you. Withdraw any eligible balance and resolve outstanding payment issues before requesting deletion. Once deletion is requested, we send an email notice, withdrawals are blocked, and the account is placed in a seven-day waiting period during which you can cancel the request through your account. Activity during the waiting period does not extend it.
Deletion does not trigger a payout or waive withdrawal minimums. If deletion completes, remaining balances, including amounts below the withdrawal minimum, are forfeited and cannot be paid out afterwards, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Deletion does not cancel a valid reversal or legal obligation.
If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and a reasonable process, normally open for at least 60 days, for resolving valid outstanding balances and undelivered paid advertising, subject to applicable law and necessary fraud checks.
For questions, complaints or a review of an account decision, use a support ticket or email [email protected]. Include your username, the relevant task or transaction and a description of the issue. See our contact page for available support channels. We encourage contacting us so we can investigate and try to resolve the matter; doing so is not a condition of exercising rights available under applicable law.
